A
new study published on numerous medical journals makes it clear that anaerobic
exercises- stretching exercises-yield high amounts of natural human growth hormone.
High-intensity
anaerobic exercise such as our grow taller stretching exercises, swimming, and
cycling are shown by medical researchers to force the body into producing
significant
quantities of human growth hormone.
Human
growth hormone is secreted in pulsatile fashion, occasionally following a circadian
rhythm. Non-pharmacological Physiological stimuli, in particular sleep and exercise,

No
other method, supplement, or technique can possibly yield better height increase
results than stretching exercises. All you need is to perform our stretching exercises
correctly and you will grow taller.

The combination of exercise and administration of oral GH secretagogues may result

obesity.
